When I click 'OK' I get

Security:
Registry Editor could not set owner on the key currently selected, or one of
its subkeys.
[OK]

then

Security:
Unable to set new owner on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Access is denied.
[OK]

and if I try again I get :

Security:
Unable to set new owner on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
The handle is invalid.
[OK]
