Did you ever solve your problem?
I'm having the exact same problem. Newly installed W2K3 Std. server.
Exchange 2003 Ent., Back Exec 10 and Trend Micro Office Scan installed.
I've tried disabling the OfficeScan but that didn't solve the problem. the
events keep appearing.
So if you solved your problem please let me know :)
