Log onto the SBS, and in Administrative Tools | Terminal Services
Management - Servername > Sessions tab, see who's logged onto the server.

SBS actually supports 3 sessions - session 0 (the console), and sessions 1
and 2. Any or all of these sessions can be disconnected (rather than logged
off) by mistake, leaving you with the error message you get.

I'd propose you use session 0 for Administration. From your XP box, run
'mstsc /console' and you're at session 0. In order for this to work, you
must have port 3389 (TS) open from the internet to your SBS.
