Brad,
Have a look at sbsmigration.com. Jeff Middleton's "Swing" migration
methodology may be the ticket.
However, you mention TS as a requirement. SBS2003 does not support running
TS in application mode on the SBS server under any circumstances. You would
need another box and you could use your existing W2003 server license to get
started there.
