Installing updates takes planning on a server. If you download any updates
through windows update without investigating first, you are asking for
trouble. That is what these newsgroups are for.

According to Microsoft at the following address which was located here in
the Newgroup.
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/sbs/downloads/sp1/default.mspx

After you go to the page above, read the whole page. After you click on
Download Service Pack 1, Read the whole page. It tells you all the downloads
needed or you can opt to buy the CD for a nominal fee.

They are not real specific, but they do tell you what downloads you need to
perform the SBS SP1 install. If you go to the other link I gave you, it
spells out how to prepare for the install.
