DrWatson 4097 inetinfo error

Hi all,

We have a 2000SBS with SP4 running. For the last few days we get a DrWatson
4097 error in the App Log:
The application inetinfo.exe generated an application error. The error
occurred on...
The exception was c0000005 at 77FCC39E (RtlAllocateHeap).

Right after that we get entries in the Sys Log that the following services
have shut down:
IISAdminService
IMAP4
NNTP
POP3
Exchange Routing Engine
SMTP
WWW

We are able to restart all services without a problem. We found KB 311517
that is very similar to our problem but it claims that SP3 fixes the issue.
Given that we are running SP4 this didn't help.

Has anybody seen this?
