Thanks Dave for your quick reponse. However I do not think it is as easy as
what you described.

Can I be a bit more clear. I have a Customer with SBS 2003, They want to
create a rule that any email that is sent with the word order in the subject
is automatically saved in a Public Folder so all staff can see the email.
They also have sales people that onyl use Web Access, thus it needs to go
on the server rather than through Outlook, they also do not want to keep
received Email.
