I am the backup during Jenny's leave.

If you find only a few clients are prompted for changing passwords, the
policies may not have been applied to the other users. You can ask them to
reboot their computers to get the policies applied. As I know, when the
policy takes effect, the users will be prompted to change their passwords
within a peroid of time. If the tiem expires, they cannot successfully log
on without changing their passwords. If you want them to change the
passwords in a short time you should lower days when the policy setting
will take effect.
