RE: OWA: no items to be displayed

Hello Carl,

Thank you for posting back.

First of all, I need to confirm with you that make sure you have strictly
followed the steps in my last reply.

Secondly, please explain in detailed in your first post "Now we have some
users (managers) who can access almost every mailbox."

a) How did you access OWA? Make sure you type https://servername/exchange
in IE from LAN.

b) Do you mean "some users" is managers?

c) You mentioned "almost every mailbox", what about the others?

d) Do you mean that you share these clients' mailboxes to Managers? So you
want these Managers to view the other people's mailboxes?

e) If d) is true, then ask clients to log on their mailbox, will this issue
occur?

f) Ask these Managers and clients to view emails in outlook, will this
issue occur?

Thirdly, for easily understanding what exactly issue you have got, please
capture a screen shot and send it to the Newsgroup.

I am appreciated time and cooperation, am looking forward to hearing from
you.

Best regards,

Brandy Nee
