RE: Fax Preview Button

Hello GHN,

Thank you for your update.

First of all, please understand that if you use the Add User wizard to add
the user, and use the Set Up Client Computers wizard to add the computer,
and then use the http://servername/connectcomputer to join the computer to
the SBS 2003 Server, the user will be added to the local Administrators
security group so that they have the right to install client software onto
the computer.

Please add the problematic user account to the Local Administrators
security group, and then check if the issue can be re-produced.

If the issue still persists, please make a screen shot of the issue and
attach it in your reply.

To do so:

1. Press the Pr Scrn key once on the keyboard when the issue occurs.
2. Click Start, go to Run, enter MSPAINT in the open dialog box, and then
Click OK.
3. Use Ctrl + V to paste the screenshot to the canvas.
4. From the File menu, go to Save and save it as a JPG file.
5. attach it in your reply post.
