Thanks for your answer! What you understood can't be more correct!
I have a SBS 2003 Standard, so the ISA isn't installed. I tried to empty the
server, restarted the IIS and emptied the client. Unfortunately, the problem
is still there.

Strange thing is that when I log in with an Administrator account everything
looks fine. The managers still don't get the navigation and have to work with
the address:
https://example.com/exchange/petra/inbox; .../tasks etc.
