received this today from ISP in regards to spam being sent from ip address.
i have followed all instructions for ensuring we are not a open reply etc.
can you please advise what steps i should do next.
we are running sbs2003 prem SP1 and
trend micro

Please look into why we are reciving alot of reports that this connection is
sending SPAM email. I am sending you this email as you are the technical
contact for this account. If you are not managing the technical side of this
account, please forward this to the correct technician. The issue is most
likey due to a compomised machine on or behind this connection.
