WSUS and MOM Workgroup 2005 Edition

Hi,

I have a SBS 2003 Premium environment with a member server running
WSUS on 2003 standard edition box.

WSUS installs WMSDE, I now want to intstall MOM Workgroup edition on
the member server.

My question is will there be an issue using the WSUS instance of
WMSDE? If I wanted to intslall another intsance of WMSDE for the use
of MOM how would I go about it?

Any help or thoughts appreciated.
