SP1: ISA 2004 did not install MSDE SP4

Just completed another sucessful install of SBS SP1. Almost. Everything went
without a hitch except for ISA 2004 which gave me the message: " MSDE 2000
Service Pack 4 did not install. For additional instructions, see the SQL
Server 2000 Service Pack Web site at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=46241.";
ISA and everything else seems to work fine.
MBSA says that the MSFW instance is at SP3.
I have not had success doing a repair installation of ISA, an upgrade of the
MSDE instance from the downloaded file for MSDE SP4, or from Disk3 of the
SBS SP1 install CDs.
