Hey Crina,

Thanks for the reply. I looked at the registry on my server and did not find
the SOCKS sub folder. The structure you provided was correct down to the
Parameters sub folder and then I have the follwoing folders but no SOCKS.

BackupRoute0
ChainedArray0
Ftp
Gopher
SSL
W3

Another note: the user is getting this error regardless of whether they are
using the connection or not.
