Re: NTVDM Hard Error when upgrading ISA2000 to ISA2004 via SP1 Premium CDs

Crina,
Here are the answers to your questions:
1. All 3 files are there. The NT files look good, I opened them with
Notepad. The command.com file is 50kb.
2. The only other issue is a DHCP problem that appears to be affecting more
than just me. On another forum, another user is seeing the same thing as me.
I am unable to renew an IP address for a client PC. The DHCP stats seem to
indicate that the requests aren't even getting to the DHCP Server service.
3. Nothing relating to ISA except for when I tried RMISA.EXE and it crashed.
4. Until I tried uninstalling ISA, SP1 was working beautifully.
That link you provided is for 2000 and NT. Does it also apply to 2003? Most
of it looks OK on my end.
Update... I booted to Safe Mode and RMISA worked. ISA2004 is installing now.
Thanks for all of your help. Hopefully the install is successful.
