Hi Adam,
Thanks for your reply clarification. It seems that perhaps I have
misunderstood your concerns in my previous reply.
>From your reply, you have configured a public folder which contained the
global contact and you want to access the public folder via OWA when you
click the Address Book on OWA. If I have misunderstood your concerns,
please do not hesitate to let me know.
As I know, you cannot add the public folder option to the Address Book on
OWA. Although OWA is very similar with Outlook, it does still not have all
functions of the Outlook. As a workaround, you may add the contact to the
Active Directory. You may do as following:
1. Expand active Directory Users and Computers | Server name | MyBusiness |
Users | SBSUsers.
2. Right click SBSUsers and select new a Contact.
3. Follow the wizard to add the contact who you have added in Public Folder.
4. Then the contact will be showed in GAL.
5. You may select GAL in OWA and access the contact.
