I hate to say it but...

Listen to advice. I support 15+ SBS servers, and they're all working. You
can't get your single one working. Listen to our advice.

Run the "Connect to internet wizard".

Make sure that the "e-mail domain" is set to PGSI.com.

If that doesn't work, post back here.
