Exhcnage Email - Internal and External - I know this has been answered but I am still having problems!

My setup:

SBS 2003 Running Exchange
Internal Domain - PGSIDOM.Local
External Domain - PGSI.com - Being hosted by Network Solutions (MX Records
on their side)

Bascially what is going on here is my employees are somehow sending email
from their .local account to the outside world. It use to send a NDR but for
some reason it is now resolving domain names... It is becoming a lot of
fustraton and everyone wants me to run the CCIEW wizard or w/e it is.
Althouhg I don't see an advantage in doing this because I am paying Network
Solutions to host all that stuff on their side. When I use Outlook 2000 it
will know which account to use when sending an email I cna't figure out why
Outlook 2003 will send email from an internal account to the outside. I've
asked this question numerous times and never got the help I need... I always
get brushed off with "Run the CCIEW Wizard!"
