RE: SQLAgent$SHAREPOINT Service won't start after SP1

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I'm not a Microsoft Tech or anything but I have a couple of SBS 2003 machines
and neither have any SQL agent services running. I think the service you
want running is mssql$sharepoint, not sqlagent$sharepoint. If this was what
you meant and still can't start it then you may to start looking at these
pages:

I'm nto sure you're having the same problem I did a couple days ago but take
a look at this post. If it follows your situtation closely you should call
or email microsoft because they can scan your logs and pinpoint what went
wrong and when. From there you can start planning what needs to be done to
fix sharepoint.
