I tried your issues but the problem is still present.
In detail:

The installation in Win2K run without any problems, but "shared fax" doesn't
appear in printer system.

On the same PC, with a new user account, the problem is not reproduced. With
the same account, the problem is still present

I logged into another win2k workstation with the same account, but the
problem is stille present. I tried to login on a WinXP client with the same
account and the problem is not reproduced.
