Thanks Sue...that is just the thing though, i am SO SICK of
troubleshooting when i have other projects / deadlines pilling up on
me...i don't have the time to take and i'm used to having the 15
people here have charge over their own mail from before...the
frusterating thing was getting them to do backups, but it was a small
issue because i could see who had and who hadn't in about 10
seconds...where tracking down errors in the event logs (when i'm
getting other errors now like GPO issues as well as other events that
are driving me nuts) are not what i had in mind when i updated our
network from SBS 2000 to SBS 2003...
