The Windows Server 2003 DNS server does allow you to specify a DNS server
for a specific domain, indeed you may have configured this if you migrated
from SBS 2000 to SBS 2003.
Open the DNS console and double-click on Forwarders and add the other SBS AD
DNS name in there.
It might work.
