Problem Gone...

The problem must have occurred because I changed the Administrator password
on the server which prevented certain services from starting because they had
the administrator password incorrect.
Just for clarification and for everyone's information, what services SHOULD
be run under the administrator account and which SHOULD be run by logging
into the "Local System Account?"
