Terminal Server with SBS2003

Hi all,

We inherited a SBS2003 setup where TS was installed as App Server but no
licenses had been installed. When the 90 day trial ended, users got the
message that the licenses had expired.

We installed 10 licenses (per device) through the open program and validated
them over the Internet. In the license manager it shows that 10 licenses are
active, but none has been issued. When we connect with a client they still
get the same "expired" message.

What are we missing here? How can we get the remote computers to pull a
license?
