Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have been receiving an error for the past few days, and I don't know what
changed to cause this error in the event log. The error is 1030. I did read
the information listed and tried running netdiag at the command prompt and
"Windows cannot find 'netdiag'." appears. I ran gpupdate previously and
this did not seem to repair the problem.

I did change the Administrator password on the server to make it more
secure. Could that have changed something??

What next???

Thank you, Steve
