Thanks for updates.

After researching, I found this is the by design issue but not for SBS
2003. When the DNS failure to resolve the name, the server will keep the
record in cache and as I know the cache will be clear after a period of
time. After the cache clear the system will return to normal. Of course you
can change the time to let the cache store time little short, you can
change the scavenge time on SBS to clear the record on DNS services. But we
think if the internet connection always drop, it is your best interest to
change for an reliable connection.
