Hi Steve,
Thanks for updates.
As I know, we suggest all the internal computer include ISA server and SBS
external NIC on SBS domain point the DNS server to SBS server. It is the
expected behavior when the DSL is shut down and the SBS will look up the
DNS server for resolve the external DNS name after many attempt it will
failed and store a record consider that failed DNS server not work for
ever. It the DSL return to normal and if you do not clear the DNS cache,
the SBS will not try to resolve the DNS name via that external DNS. I
suggest you also contact the DSL ISP for further help,
