Site and content rules in ISA SBS

I have disabled the allow/all/all rule and stopped the Allow all outbound
IP. Site and content rules now work on a per user/group basis via an "allow"
list. However microsoft antispyware beta now no-longer updates. Does anybody
know the http/ftp url needed or if a port needs to be opened etc.
