Crappy Microsoft online support

This is funny. Microsoft hosts, and scans these forums and tries to help
folks out. But when the problem seems to be beyond something they
understand, they just up and quit answering you, either via email, or via
the forums.

You install what seems to be a rather poorly put together service pack, you
have problems, and you aren't able to come to a resolution to a problem you
didn't have prior to the service pack.

This type of support is really a joke, and doesn't really make one want to
continue to use thier sevices in the future.
