Hello,
Thank you for posting back.
Due to lack of information you have applied for further research, please
help to gather the following information to isolate the issue:
1. In your reply, you mentioned "I Have tried you options and they either
do not apply or do not work", please clarify which steps do not apply,
which do not work?
2. The issue also can occur if the client machine is set to a screen
resolution of 1200x1600 or greater. To resolve it, please lower the
resolution on the client machine to less than 1200 x 1600. Another method
is, on the computer selection page, click "Optional Settings" and switch
the screen size from "Full screen" to a different resolution. Of the list
of available resolutions, the highest is 1600*1200.
3. Please try to connect to the RWW from a LAN computer, and test whether
you can connect to the other computers' desktops.
4. Did this issue happen when you trying to connect from LAN or from the
Internet, or even both?
5. Regarding the MTU rate, you can refer to the following KB articles for
detailed steps:

2000

I am greatly appreciated your time and cooperation. Hope this information
helps. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Brandy Nee
