How are the clients connecting and downloading the email at present?
I.E. User Fred Connects from his workstations with username/password/server
address etc
If you translate this same info to the exchange server POP3 connector surely
it will only download his email and leave any other mailboxes alone - must
be individual mailboxes at the ISP
This may also be an option if you find its all going to one ISP mailbox.
*By entering only your host name, you will collect all waiting mail for your
account, regardless of what name appears before the "@". To collect only
post for a specific user, enter that user's name in the format
name@hostname. This will collect only mail that has been sent to
name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, or if you have your own domain, name@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Can you check and confirm
