i think the op will not just have to reactivate, but would be well advised
to reinstall from scratch. you can not just swap the system board with a
different version and expect you current install on your hard disk to behave
properly. different hardware means different hardware abstraction layer. at
best a repair/reinstall might work, but it isn't worth the risk for a server
that you presumably want to be reliable.
