Hi Fieldy,
Thanks for you update.
>From the netdiag output, we found there are still some question in external
NIC and internal NIC configuration.
I suggest that you try following steps to setup network access.
1. Delete all network adapters in Device Manager. and click the button
"Scan for hardware changes".
2. Unplug all lines, and plug the one connect to LAN, named it "LAN
Connection".
3. Plug the one connect to your ISP, named it "ISP Connection".
4. Configure the "LAN Connection" using the following settings:
***IP Address: 172.16.1.37
***Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0
***DNS Server: 172.16.1.37
Note: just leave the Default Gateway box empty.
Configure the "ISP Connection" using the following settings:
***IP Address: 69.177.17.157
***Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.248
***Default Gateway: 69.177.17.157
***DNS Server: 172.16.1.37
Note: the external adapter settings should be configured according to your
ISP.
5. Run CEICW, set "LAN Connection" as "Local network connection", "ISP
Connection" as "ISP network connection"
When run CEICW wizard, OS will detect your router automate and prompt to
set the router information. Make sure input the DNS server information
provided by your ISP in Router Connection. Then follow the wizard to
configure internet connection properly.
More detail information about to how to configure internet access, please
refer to:
How to configure Internet access in Windows Small Business Server 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825763
***Note: after these configuration, please check your adapters
configuration using command: ipconfig /all
Check DNS forwarders in DNS console:
Start ->Programs->Administrator tools->DNS->click host name, right-click
Properties->in Forwarders Tab
6. make sure that open all the ports needed in the router.
You can refer to the following list, but it depends on your request.
TCP port Definition
25 Email (SMTP)
80 required for HTTP
requests for your site
443 required for HTTPS
requests using SSL, which secures communications from your server and a Web
browser
444 Companyweb
4125 Remote Web Workplace
1723 (plus GRE Protocol 47) VPN
3389 Terminal Services
21 FTP
Now please try to access the build-in sites, how about results?
You can refer to the following link to configure your network:

If the issue persists, please help me collect the icwlog and netdiag log
again. And please send me the log file or the compressed (zipped) file at:
