RWW - Desktop Error

When certain employee connet thru RWW, they get the following error:

Your local policy prohibits interactive logon.

I have changed the user from Mobil user to Power user, , and even gave them
administrative rights on the desktop, but no help, still can not log on.

Have I missed something?
