Mail Alias's

Hi! I have a client with a new SBS2k3 setup. I have switched their mx
records to the exchange on the SBS2k3 box, but I need to have their old email
addresses routed to them. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, their new
email addresses (firstname_lastname@xxxxxxxxxxx) do not match their old email
addresses (firstnamelastinitial@xxxxxxxxxxx) so a straight drop is not
possible. How can I get the old email addresses to route correctly to the
new email addresses? Would it be a new SMTP entry for each user?
Thanks,
-Alex-
