Delivery Status Notification (Delay)

Exchange 2003 SP1
Outlook 2003

I keep getting "Delivery Status Notifications (Delay) " on all my clients
Exchange inboxes. I turned loggin on for the MSExchange Transport and get the
following in my event logs.



Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MSExchangeTransport
Event Category: Connection Manager
Event ID: 4006
Date: 6/8/2005
Time: 10:08:41 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SRVR1
Description:
Message delivery to the host '128.125.253.79' failed while delivering to the
remote domain 'surgery.usc.edu' for the following reason: The connection was
dropped by the remote host.
