GPO Error

Each and every time I open up GPMC and highlight Default Domain Policy or
Default Domain Controller Policy I get this error message:

---------------------------
Group Policy Management
---------------------------
The permissions for this GPO in the SYSVOL folder are inconsistent with
those in Active Directory. It is recommended that these permissions be
consistent. To change the SYSVOL permissions to those in Active Directory,
click OK.

For more information, see the Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=20066
---------------------------
OK Cancel
---------------------------

Now I'm not currently using any GPO's right now and I wanted to configures
some and I feel that I need to resolve this problem first. I've went to the
link the error messages recommend and I am already running SP1 on my server
so apparently there is no Microsoft documented solution. Does anyone have
ideas? I really would like to try and get the ball rolling with GPO's very
soon and I am getting so frustrated with this server (wish I was the one who
initially installed the server for this company but I wasn't the Net Admin
at that time) and I'm about to format this thing but SBS 2003 is a little
difficult to restore everything... atleast I haven't fiddled with it
yet..... So if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Robert Margeosn
