Re: SMTP queue



Hi Jerry, thank you for the reply. I rechecked the exclusions and found one
I missed. I have now excluded it. I ran the EICW as suggested when I came in
this morning. Those virtual servers are still showing. I do not know what
these things are. They have different domain names than us and everything. I
have answered your posted questions below.

No

I don't think so. When you click on each of the virtual SMTP servers the
additional information at the bottom is one of the following:
An SMTP protocol error occurred.

The connection was dropped by the remote host.

The remote server did not respond to the connection attempt.

Unable to bind to the destination server in DNS.
