Hello Sinik,
Thank you for posting in the SBS newsgroup.
According to your description, I understand that you received an error when
you re-install Internal Web. If I have misunderstood your concern, please
don't hesitate to let me know.
First of all, please strictly follow the KB article 829114 to re-install
the SBS 2003 SharePoint Services companyweb Web site again, which step do
you cannot finish? What error message is displayed?
If you still cannot finish the re-installation, to narrow down this issue,
please help me collect the following information:
1. Please open the system Event Viewer on the SBS Server, and check
whether there are any error messages about this issue, then paste the full
context in your reply post.
2. Please navigate the .\Program Files\Microsoft Integration\Windows Small
Business Server 2003\Logs and locate the Errorlog.txt, Setup.log, check
whether there are any error messages about this issue, then paste the full
context in your reply post.
To get additional detailed information, you may refer to the RESOLUTION of
the following KB article:
829114 How to remove and how to install the Windows Small Business Server
2003
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=829114

I am always happy to be of further assistance.
