Default App Pools and Security Settings for Default Website

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Can someone please post the settings for the defaul app pools and the
security settings for the Default Website and the subsites? Somehow several
of mine changed and I want to confirm I have the right settings. OMA, OWA
and Activesync all stopped working unexpectedly, I was able to get them
working by changing default app pools, but want to confirm everything is set
right.

Also having probems with Remote connectivity that might be related. See
previous post.

Thanks!
