No incoming email problem

Hi everyone: I need some help.
Problem: I am unable to receive inwards email since last Wednesday am (June
1st). The sender gets a cannot deliver receiptOurgoing email is fine.
Internet access is fine: Email has been working fine for the past 12 months
Setup: At home I have an SBS2003 Premium with SQL and ISA. two NICS, ADSL
router, static ip address. Mail is sent directly to my exchange server. All
updates and hotfixes had been installed. The server was basically waiting for
the SP! updates to be run (when those CDs arrive!)
What I have tested: Telnet to port 25 works and a message shows up in the
correct mailbox. ISP say they are not blocking port 25. CEICW has been
checked and rerun (everything was as it had been). ISA has a smtp predefined
filter (nothing changed here). The router is still redirecting port 25 to the
external nic. All these standard things are consistent with the fact that the
server had been working properly and the email had been flowing.
What had I done by way of installations etc since Wednesday? The only thing
I can think of is I installed SQL's OLAP analysis. I uninstalled that today
but with no change.
Will the fact of installing SBS2003 SP1 have the effect of resetting all
Exchange and ISA defaults or does SP! over top of a problem = the same old
problem?
I need some objectivity and wisdom from you guys to shed light on my problem.
Regards
Godfrey
