Thank for the help. I will disable the thero protection. I am also going the
replaced both processors with spares that I had purchase (just in case). As
per Russ, I'm going to pull all the memory, and install 1GB that I have as a
spare set.

If this does do it, then I'm going to start mixing the concret. Proliant
6000 should make a nice anchor.
