Remote desktop is an XP thing only. If you have run all the patches
from the downloads section of the www.microsoft.com/sbs then the
workstations should be ready.

You also need to have your router open the correct ports. 4125 and 443
should be open. I open 25, 443, 444, 3389, 4125 to do what I want with
my servers. See the poster that came with your retail version of SBS
if you got a retail version.
I also test from the office first so if I have problems I know that it
is not a problem from the remote site.
