with or without ISA I prefer the port forwarded scenario. Should an attack
occur (whether it be someone specifically hitting you or just the latest
variation on Code Red/Slammer/whatever) the NAT device stops the traffic
from hitting your external interface.

My ISA logs are pretty boring.
