When sending mail from Outlook 2003 (perhaps earlier versions but I have not
used earlier versions) you can insert the address you wish to use in the
>From block and the message will arrive as from that email address. I just
tested that from my email account Frank@ and inserted Admininistrator@ in
the from line to an associate at AOL and he received the Message from
Administrator@

If he replies it will go in the Administrator email and since I am not using
POP I will not see the reply unless I logon as Administrator. In your case
since both POP3 addresses are routed to your user mailbox the reply will
come to you. If the From box is not filled in the default SMTP address will
be automatically used. He will need to be careful when replying to messages
to his non-default addresses that he enters the From address before replying
