Hi Jerry,
Welcome to SBS newsgroup.
According to your description, I understand that you encountered a problem
when configure RRAS wizard. If I am off base, please let me know.
Generally speaking this issue might be caused by the client application
folder is moved to other location. You can refer to the following KB
article to confirm that you client application folder is moved with right
steps. Please also make sure that the location in registry is point to
right place.

The registry for client application folder should be:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SmallBusinessServer\clientsetup
Make sure that REG_SZ ClientAppsRoot is point to the right location. If
not, please change it to the right location according to your scenario.
Please also make sure that client deployment components were installed.
