Mail Default User Address

I'm using the POP3 connector and can't see where i can set what e-mail
address it should use when sending...it is wreaking havoc on us
because it is using our login usernames to send mail and most of us
don't use our login usernames for our e-mail addresses...

Plus, some users have 2 or more e-mail addresses they use when sending
and they can't choose which to use...

Am i missing something? I know that the Wizards rule, but i don't see
it anywhere / wizard or otherwise...
