XP Clients falling off network

I just inherited an SBS domain with several W2K Pro clients and two XP
clients. One has SP2 applied, the other does not. Both machines require
daily reboots, as leaving them in a logged-in state overnight results in
them getting disconnected from the network. A Windows Explorer prompt
appears when trying to access network resources that says
\\Servername\resourcename is not accessible. You might not have permission
to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to
find out if you have access permissions. The system detected a possible
attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact the
server that authenticated you.
When this happens, IP connectivity is intact (can still ping the server).
Several other posts pointed us toward the Windows Time service, which we
have verified is running on the server, and the clients have been synched.
Any other ideas?
