changing sharepoint access in existing user templates in SBS

In SBS: how can i edit an existing user template to change/add/remove
the sharepoint access to our intranet?

I know if i create a new profile i have the option to configure
sharepoint acccess, but when I got the properties of an existing
profile I see no sharepoint options anywhere!
